Terms of Service
Last updated 8 September 2026
Agreement
By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the company you represent. If you do not agree, do not use Austerly.
The service
Austerly provides AI teammates that perform tasks you configure using tools you connect. You control what each teammate may access and what requires your approval. Teammates act on your instructions and under your account; you are responsible for the jobs you create and the actions you approve.
Your responsibilities
Keep your credentials secure. Only connect accounts you are authorised to use. Do not use Austerly to send spam, harass anyone, infringe rights, or break the law or the terms of any connected service. Review outbound actions before approving them.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Model usage on the metered pool is billed at provider cost plus 20%. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use and limits
Plans include limits on teammates, runs and connections. We may throttle or suspend workspaces that exceed fair-use ceilings or that threaten the stability or security of the service.
Intellectual property
You own your data, your prompts, your skills and the outputs your teammates produce for you. We own the Austerly software and brand. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service for you.
Warranties and liability
Austerly is provided as is. AI systems make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing actions before approval. To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination you may export your data for 30 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Contact legal@austerly.com with any questions.
